Your training program with Acceleration begins with:
Sports Performance Testing.
Eliminate the Guesswork -
Testing your speed, agility, power, stability and flexibility through using scientifically accurate equipment before and after you train eliminates any guesswork.
The pre-testing will give a clear prognosis of where you’re at now. It will also help to determine the design of your training program.
Then, after training, you will go through the identical testing format. The results of the post-test will show you precisely how much you have improved.
Your Sports Performance Testing Session may include the following areas:

Goal Setting
After testing, you can start training with us. At your first training session a coach will take you through a video analysis of your running technique which will give you a much clearer idea of exactly how you move. This analysis is not only highly advanced, but it is also extremely interesting for everyone concerned.
We store all of your video data for future comparisons.
